CROSSFIT
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This methodology is very effective for producing all round fitness in individuals.
NUTRITION
'You can't out train a bad diet.' To maximise your training, your nutritional habits are a key element to success. We can help you set goal and create habits to stick to long term!
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

The Olympic lifts require massive amounts of Speed, Power, Strength and Mobility. We have Barbell club and Barbell Programs specifically looking at these lifts.
PROGRAMMING

Want more from your training? Are you a competitor? Or do you just want to get a specific skill. We have various programming options available.
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics allows you to master your own bodyweight and so what we cover mainly is the basic elements of moving your body through space. Pull ups, push ups, handstands and muscle ups are all things you will see in our short courses and programs.
KIDS FITNESS
A lot of things we do in CrossFit are "natural" movement patterns which us adults have lost by simply not using them. Kids fitness classes can help them maintain and also develop these movement patterns and also make fitness less of a chore in later years.
OUR VISION
At Deviant Strength and Conditioning we understand that the needs of an 80 year old Grandparent, Marine and Professional Athlete will differ but by degree and not kind. We scale the programme and movements to suit YOU! We will teach you a huge range of different training modalities. They include Olympic lifting, Power Lifting, Kettlebell Training, Basic Gymnastics, Running and Rowing.

We have some of the best and most knowledgeable coaches in the area, which between them deliver a full range of strength and conditioning disciplines including; CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Calisthenics, Mobility, Rehab and Nutrition.
We are a results based gym that prides itself in having a community of people unlike any gym you have ever been to. Athletes are interested in one thing – Results!! More surprisingly, you will soon find out that all of our members want exactly the same for you as well, to become Stronger, Fitter and Faster!
Plus, the spirit and togetherness experienced in a CrossFit training facility is unrivalled by ANY commercial gym where you are a number or sales figure. The main REAL reasons people give up on the gym is lack of support or lack of results. None are left wanting in our facility, giving you the best chance of getting where you want to be in terms of fitness.
So does this sound all too good to be true? Let us show you – contact us and we will arrange a free taster session for you with no obligation to join. You won’t regret it…
We look forward to seeing you!

I found CrossFit in March 2008 whilst working in the Police and started the first Police affiliate in the UK. I ran this for 12 years and through this gained a love for coaching.
Since then I have coached at a number of different boxes, joining CrossFit Deviant in November 2019.
I am passionate about making people move better and gain new skills, whether that be for health or to compete.
I enjoy competing and have competed at competitions all over the UK and Europe.
I have stated to coach weightlifting to a national level and look to support lifters as they take their lifting to the next level.
