I wanted to empower people to become the best version of themselves while giving back to something that had given me so much and made me so resilient. Seeing how functional movement can transform lives drives me to help others build confidence and improve their health.

What Inspired You to Become a Coach?
After spending all my life horse riding and being a riding instructor I always loved coaching, I then started training at Crossfit Deviant and wanted to be able to give people the same enjoyment and love I had for it and found my previous coaching skills were really helpful to progress.

What Inspired You to Become a Coach?
I joined CrossFit after having an issue with eating disorders and anxiety for 10+ years… By joining I found a place where I cared about what my body could do and how to fuel it. As cliche as it sounds, coaching gives me an opportunity to give back to the sport that really did save me, and support people on their own journeys!
