Training Styles

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This methodology is very effective for producing all round fitness in individuals.

Hybrid Training

Wanting to train Hybrid style or getting ready for a Hyrox race, Ath-X or any Hybrid style events? We can deliver you a true hybrid programme to get you ready whatever your goal.

Weightlifting

The Olympic lifts require massive amounts of Speed, Power, Strength and Mobility. We have Barbell club and Barbell Programs specifically looking at these lifts.

Calisthenics

Calisthenics allows you to master your own bodyweight. Pull ups, push ups, handstands and muscle ups are all things you will see in our courses and programmes.

Kids Fitness

A lot of things we do at Deviant S&C  are "natural" movement patterns which us adults have lost by simply not using them. Kids fitness classes can help them maintain and also develop these movement patterns all in a fun package
