Brunchd
Brunched, the onsite café at CrossFit Deviant, is the perfect spot to refuel and recharge. Offering a range of essentials like freshly brewed coffee, protein shakes, energy drinks, and healthy snacks, it caters to members' fitness-focused lifestyles. The café also prepares meals for competitions, ensuring athletes are fueled for peak performance.

Training Styles
CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This methodology is very effective for producing all round fitness in individuals.
Programming
Want more from your training? Are you a competitor? Or do you just want to develop a specific skill. We have various programming options available.
Olympic Lifting
The Olympic lifts require massive amounts of Speed, Power, Strength and Mobility. We have Barbell club and Barbell Programs specifically looking at these lifts.
Sports Therapy
Pro-Form's, Pixie Lale-Klasicki. Fully qualified Osteopath and Rehab personal training, now working from CrossFit Deviant
Gymnastics
Gymnastics allows you to master your own bodyweight. Pull ups, push ups, handstands and muscle ups are all things you will see in our courses and programmes.
Kids Fitness
A lot of things we do in CrossFit are "natural" movement patterns which us adults have lost by simply not using them. Kids fitness classes can help them maintain and also develop these movement patterns.
